These Terms and Conditions are not intended to unlawfully restrict, limit, or infringe upon any rights or obligations established under the CPA for you or Grapheotronics®.

1. Portable Power Units: RCT Megapower & EcoFlow

• Warranty: Both the RCT Megapower and EcoFlow portable power units come with a 24-month carry-in warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

• Extended Warranty: Customers have the option to extend their warranty for EcoFlow units. To take advantage of this opportunity, please register your product online with the manufacturer. Extension eligibility and terms depend on the specific unit purchased.

2. Inverters and Solar Panels

• Off-Grid and Grid-Tied Inverters: All off-grid and grid-tied inverters are provided with a 24-month carry-in warranty. A valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be presented when filing a warranty claim for any inverter system.

• Huawei Inverters: Huawei inverters come with an extended 60-month carry-in warranty. A valid COC is required for warranty claims.

• Solar Panels and Sunnew Inverter Batteries: These products are covered by a 96-month carry-in warranty. Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid COC.

3. Warranty Claims

• Certificate of Compliance: A valid COC must be submitted with all warranty claims for inverter systems and solar panels. This certificate is essential to prove that the installation was carried out by a certified professional, which is a prerequisite for any warranty claim.

• Warranty Service: Warranty claims must be carried through a carry-in process, where the product needs to be returned to the place of purchase or a designated service center.

4. Changes to Warranty Terms

• Manufacturer’s Right to Alter Terms: The manufacturers reserve the right to change warranty terms at any time without prior notice.

• Our Commitment: While Grapheotronics® commits to keeping our website updated with the latest product information and warranty terms, we cannot guarantee immediate notification of changes made by manufacturers. We encourage customers to regularly check with us for the most current warranty coverage.

5. Errors

At Grapheotronics®, we strive to ensure that all product descriptions, availability, pricing, and delivery charges displayed on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, despite our best efforts, errors may occasionally occur.

In the event of any errors on the website (excluding those resulting from gross negligence on our part), Grapheotronics® cannot be held liable for any loss, claim, or expense arising from a transaction based on such errors.

If an incorrect purchase price is displayed, our liability will be limited to refunding you the amount already paid or as otherwise outlined in our Returns Policy.
